2024 summer holiday swimming crash course dates announced
GoggleSquad Swim School will be offering more summer holiday crash courses than ever in 2024, with swimming lessons taking place throughout the school holidays in Cobham and Kingston upon Thames.
The popular intensive swimming courses are suitable for complete beginners or children ready to advance to the next stage of their swimming.
They are made up of four half-hour sessions in the mornings from Mondays to Thursdays and are perfect for children aged three and up who would benefit from some intensive tuition. The lesson blocks can be booked on a ratio of one learner to an instructor or in pairs with those at a similar level so they can progress together, an ideal option for siblings or friends.
This focussed approach to lessons across successive days means learners can make great progress in a relatively short amount of time.
The swimming classes will be taught by GoggleSquad’s team of highly experienced instructors and follow the Swim England Learn To Swim Framework.
Cobham summer crash courses in July and August
Our intensive summer swimming courses in Cobham take place at Feltonfleet School on the following dates:
Monday 22 - Thursday 25 July 2024 (mornings)
Monday 29 July - Thursday 1 August 2024 (mornings)
Monday 12 August - Thursday 15 August 2024 (mornings)
Monday 19 August - Thursday 22 August 2024 (mornings)
The 15 x 7.5 metre pool at Feltonfleet is heated to 32°C and has diving blocks and racing lanes as well as submersible platforms for younger learners.
With a metre-deep shallow end and 2.19 metre deep end, the pool is perfect for all skill levels. There are spacious male and female changing rooms conveniently close to the pool area and parking is easy, with ample spaces available in the car park opposite the swimming pool complex.
Kingston upon Thames summer crash courses in August
Our intensive summer swimming courses in Kingston upon Thames take place at the Latchmere School swimming pool on the following dates:
Monday 5 August - Thursday 8 August 2024 (mornings)
Monday 19 August - Thursday 22 August 2024 (mornings)
The Latchmere School swimming pool is 15m x 5m in size and 0.9 metres deep throughout, heated to a nice and warm 31 degrees. There are changing rooms and parking is easy, with ample parking close by.
