Unwind with a floating sound bath in a warm, calm pool
Slow down and reset on Sunday evenings at Imber Court
Just float…and switch off
Join us for East Molesey’s first floating sound bath experience - a unique combination of gentle water support and immersive sound.
You’ll float on a large air bed while tones from crystal bowls, chimes and gongs move across the pool, helping you calm your breath, quieten your mind and your whole body relax.
We’re delighted to welcome our friend and fellow Molesey resident Zoë Venning-Pridham of Yin & Sonic to Imber Court, bringing her expertise in sound therapy to create this special monthly session focused on easing stress and supporting overall wellbeing.
Effortless relaxation
The weightlessness of the water combined with the slow, resonant sounds, will help to calm your breath and your whole body relax. There’s no experience needed. There’s nothing to learn and nothing to achieve - simply settle in and let the water and sound work wonders.
Benefits you may experience
Floating sound baths affect everyone differently, but you may notice:
A slower heart rate and easier breathing
Muscles softening as tension melts away
A busy mind becoming quieter
Deeper, more restful sleep afterwards
It’s like a ‘reset button’ for your nervous system.
What to expect
Arrive at 6pm with time to check in and slow down before we begin.
From 6.15pm, our team will guide you onto your float. You’ll lie back enjoying the warm air, feeling comfortable and fully supported.
Zoe will create a gentle soundscape using crystal bowls, chimes and soft percussion. The sound travels beautifully across the water, helping your breathing slow and your body unwind.
Some guests meditate. Some simply rest, while others will drift off to sleep.
At 7.15pm, the sounds gently fade and you’ll be helped back to the poolside feeling calm and deeply relaxed.

No. Floating sound baths are suitable for beginners - you don’t need prior experience with meditation or sound healing. Just come with an open mind!

Comfort is key. Options people commonly choose include:
Swimwear under light clothes
Comfy yoga/activewear or loose, easy-to-move clothing
Layers or a robe to keep warm afterwards
Swimwear isn’t compulsory unless you plan to get into the water - you’ll be floating above, not in it.
