What are swim clinics?

GoggleSquad Swim Clinics at our East Molesey Imber Court and Feltonfleet venues in the holidays are small-group, technique-focused sessions designed to help swimmers refine their strokes, improve efficiency and build confidence in the water.

These focused sessions are ideal for swimmers who already have the basics in place but want to accelerate their progress with detailed coaching and expert feedback.

Our school holiday clinics are led experienced coaches with competitive swimming backgrounds and a reputation for precise technical coaching.

With a maximum of just six swimmers per group, every swimmer receives individual attention and targeted feedback to help them make meaningful improvements.

Who Swim Clinics Are For

Swim Clinics are for swimmers who:

  • Have achieved Stage 3 or above

  • Can swim front crawl and backstroke for at least 10 metres

  • Want to improve stroke technique and efficiency

  • Enjoy learning in small, focused groups

The sessions are particularly helpful for swimmers who need to:

  • Refine breaststroke timing

  • Improve front crawl breathing and rhythm

  • Develop stronger butterfly technique

  • Build confidence in starts, dives and turns

Fri 10 April (Dives and turns)

Specialist session focuses on two of the most important race skills:

• Safe and confident diving

• Efficient tumble turns and push-offs

This is offered as a standalone one-hour clinic.

• Clinic 2: 9-10am
