Led by expert coaches Alex Armstrong and Juliette Piesley, our weekly Performance Coaching sessions are designed for accomplished adult swimmers looking to refine technique, build endurance and become more efficient in the water.
With small groups, individual feedback and a focus on continuous improvement, these sessions provide the perfect environment to develop your swimming alongside like-minded athletes.
