Pool Party Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending a pool party with us you must accept these terms and conditions and they will form part of the contract between us. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.

Booking & Payment

I understand that a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

I agree to pay the balance at least 7 days before the party.

I agree to provide the full names of all children attending at least 7 days before the party.

Supervision & Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for the supervision of all children in the toilets and changing rooms at all times.

I confirm that at least one responsible adult (18+) will remain present throughout the party.

I understand that children under 8 must be accompanied in the pool by a responsible adult, at a ratio of one adult to two children under 8.

I confirm that non-swimmers or nervous swimmers will be accompanied in the pool at a ratio of one adult per two children.

Safety & Swim Test

I understand that lifeguards will conduct a swim test before the party begins.

I agree that children unable to swim a width competently (with face in the water, using a recognised stroke, and without distress) must be accompanied in the pool by an adult.

I accept that buoyancy aids must be provided where necessary.

I accept that if supervision ratios or maximum numbers are not met, the pool operator reserves the right to restrict participation without refund.

Medical & Consent

I confirm that all children attending have permission from their parent/guardian to participate.

I confirm that no child attending has a medical condition that would compromise their safety in the pool, or that their parent/guardian has confirmed it is safe for them to take part.

I understand that if a child requires medication, they must be accompanied by their parent or carer.

Photography & Filming

I accept full responsibility for ensuring that all attending parents/guardians have consented to any photography or filming during the party.

I understand that the pool operator takes no responsibility for managing photo or video permissions.

Numbers & Age Limits

I understand that the maximum number of children permitted is 15 for under 6s, and 20 for ages 6–14.

I confirm that the children attending fall within the eligible age range of 4–14 years.

Other conditions

I understand that party food must be arranged separately with Imber Court.

I agree to follow all venue rules and cooperate with lifeguards and staff at all times.
